Shipping:

DogBoo will always try to process your order within 2 days but there are times we might be out of stock and it could take a little longer but we will do our best to keep you updated during the process. We ship our dog shirts from California USA to basically anywhere in the world. About 98% of orders received are shipped within 5 business days and actually more than half of our orders leave the warehouse in less than 3 days :).

If you’re unhappy with any product you have received from DogBoo, we are happy to take it back for a refund or replace it, provided you have contacted us within 5 business days of receiving your dog t-shirt.

2. Wait for our response. We always aim to reply within 24 business hours. Then we’ll provide instructions for the returns and further instructions.
